Page that lists all data resources

Our website needs to have a page that collects and describes all of the resources that are in our system. Now, this may simply be a link to the DISCO-LAMHDI subset, or something brand new.

As I've gone hunting for data at other resources, I've found that it is a helpful launching place for me to find related communities/tools/data. So, I think what we need is the following:

1. list of the data source (with a link)
2. a blurb about what it is
3. when it was last revised
4. who maintains it
5. whether or not it is manually curated
6. the type of data that it is (geno-pheno, pathways, etc.)
7. perhaps some kind of summary number about how much data we've pulled in.
8. if we ontologize it, a list of the relevant ontologies it uses.
9. a citation?
