Data version report functionality

We should have reporting on specific versions that the data represents, particularly if it’s from a variety of resources....should definitely be part of a downloadable report metadata. This will be important for anyone using our services for analysis to include in their papers and grants for reference (not to mention version control for their own value added activities).
