Triggering OntoQuest loads

We would like OQ loads of the Monarch ontology to be triggered by commits to svn/git. The current email-based system is not very efficient.

We would also like some way of monitoring progress of the load, and a way to introspect the versionIRIs of all ontologies in the import chain.
