Too many models based on orthology?

On disease pages we show a table of matches based on orthology.
On some of these, there are a lot of matches to fly, for example: http://www.monarchinitiative.org/disease/OMIM_607060

There would be a lot due to deficiencies/balancers but I'm not knowledgable about fly nomenclature to suss them all out. Even so, it seems like there are too many.

Also, we don't actually say what the orthology is. This would be a nice feature to add to help people navigate unfamiliar model data.
