Issues closed as MONARCH has transitioned from UCSD services
Description
The model URIs used in PKB_classes.owl are from NIF_Dysfunction
In order to interoperate with Monarch these must be mapped to the IDs that we use elsewhere - for the majority would be MGI IDs. Monarch doesn't have rat data yet, would be use RS here? For the drosophila models, use FB IDs.
This will probably have to be done manually.
The URIs should be replaced in place
