Description
ndpo.owl uses nif-dysfunction URIs. In order to interoperate we need to either
1. Include nif dysfunction and equivalentClasses axioms in the monarch import chain
2. replace the URIs with DOID URIs.
I favor 2 - although 1 will work (we reason over equivalentClasses) it will introduce clutter, the disease space is complicated enough without bringing in a new set of URIs.
We would keep around the original NDPO.owl file but have a new version with the URIs replaced.
If we go with 2 then this could also be a sub-task of a larger NIFSTD cleanup in which NIF_Dysfunction is deprecated.
