Update the Monarch OWL import chain

The current import chain for Monarch is here:

This needs to be extended with
(a) Modules from NIFSTD
(b) Additional bridge files to connect our primary biology classes (Genes, Proteins, Diseases, Drugs, Interactions, Anatomy, Phenotypes, Pathways, Organisms) where possible.
While this will be an on-going activity, we need to take the first deep dive now. I would like this activity to be coordinated by Anita, but people on the watcher list will have to actively participate.
