Description
Ingest PKB, NDPO and pre-computed disease-organism and organism-organism similarities.
This request intentionally left vague for now. A couple of big issues this touches on:
- do we rewrite axioms to use Monarch ontologies, or leave as is? If the latter it is more of a NIF resource than a Monarch one (but I think these distinctions will get harder to make, many resources will be of equal value to both projects)
- do we load the precomputed similarities or wait to do this in the monrch service layer?
