DISCO: import variant and clinical annotations to pharmGKB

pharmGKB already pulls in some data, which is great, but I'd like the Variant and Clinical Annotations added. I know nothing of their table structure. This data requires a new license agreement. Their website says:

"Variant and clinical annotations are made available under the PharmGKB Data Usage Agreement. Interested parties will have to read and agree to the license before the data will be released. These files may not be redistributed."
