Mega (integrated) publication table

A lot of resources curate their own set of publications. This might include things like meeting abstracts, old books, websites, etc. I think we need some kind of master lookup table that has all these, plus the ability to ID map between a resource-specific publication ids and other ids (such as Pubmed).

Any newly ingested resource should be added to this view.
