DISCO: import more data for Coriell biobanks

You currently pull in NIGMS and NINDS biosamples. Can you also pull the other catalog entries? (such as NIA, NHGRI, NEI, CHDI, Autism Research)

Some of these resources should be ontologized - conditions/phenotypes could be mapped to HPO or OMIM ids. Lots of geno/pheno data here. Will need to figure out how to deal with links between entries (representing families), and environmental annotations. See subtask LAMHDI-62 below.
