DISCO: add new resource Lifespan Observations (SageWeb)

The data can be obtained in XML or csv format:

This has some interesting Geno-Pheno data. Some of the annotations that are gene-based seem redundant with a sister resource, the Aging Genes Database nif-0000-23326. However, I think this resource uniquely has chemical-geno-pheno data, which is very useful. This will require the same kind of post-cleanup or mappings to organism and gene ids, and possibly some NLP on the phenotypes.
