Curate w.t. mouse background phenotypes

We should curate the mouse "background" strains. here's the list of all the mouse strains: http://www.informatics.jax.org/external/festing/mouse/STRAINS.shtml

here's an example of the first:

if i search for "101" on MGI, i don't get any strains back with this identifier. also, i actually don't see how to get this free text in any of their reports.

Should be straightforward to curate these with MP.
