Need to have Rixin scripts visible / editable through the DISCO interface

Hi Rixin,
We are going through the documentation and will add other places where the LAMHDI people got stuck as needed improvements to the documentation.

One major place was the scripts that you run.
These should be accessible by DISCO, in some library that is viewable/editable by someone other than you.
