Pull in the data from http://snpedia.com/index.php/Bulk.
Parse the stuff in the "box" on the right-hand-side into a table. The page text should also be captured.

This is a complicated resource to index and mine, particularly if we want to try to map the phenotypes to HPO terms.
Some of the data may be redundant with what is at other resources, and we should figure out how to clean it up. But first, let's just get it in so we can play with it.
