Import AnimalQTLdb Data

Need to fetch the AnimalQTLdb data.

QTL data is available in cM and bp format for pig, cattle, chicken, sheep (cM only), and rainbow trout (cM only). Infrastructure is set up for horse as well, but the dataset is currently empty, awaiting curation/pipeline processing by AnimalQTL.
