Make good disease descriptions

We need good disease descriptions. Many diseases in the disease ontology do not have good human-readable descriptions. We need to display some in our monarch interface. There are a few places we can get these:

1. disease ontology
2. some subset of omim free-text
3. nih disease book could be scraped: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK22183/. not sure how these might map to omim or doid. can be retrieved via ftp: ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/litarch/77/98/gnd_NBK22183.tar.gz. See http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/about/ftp/ for more information.
4. wikipedia. not the best choice, but a reasonable fall-back.
