Use additional OWL annotation properties in annotate service

For LAMHDI (and possibly for NIF as a whole) we want to make use of additional terminological/lexical metadata included in ontologies.

For an illustration, go to

You should see:

• has_relational_adjective: hippocampal

Do a "view source" to see the rdf/xml (note the IRI for the annotation property may not be stable).

This could be used to improve search results as well. E.g.:

• http://alpha.neuinfo.org:8080/services/v1/annotate?content=hippocampal

currently returns nothing.

Not high priority, but might be useful in the future.

We also have plurals explicitly tagged as well.
