add additional orthologs from PANTHER

We need to add the other orthologs available for additional organisms by PANTHER.

They can be found in this file:

ftp://ftp.pantherdb.org/ortholog/current_release/orthologs_HCOP.tar.gz

which unzips to Orthologs_HCOP (with a cap O)

We will need to doublecheck if this ends up replacing the other ingested table. This may augment or supersede the current panther view nlx_84521-1.
