Description
As well as export to CSV, Excel, JSON, etc it would be useful to have an export to RDF button. Perhaps the option of two concrete forms:
- RDF/XML
- n3 or n-triples
Whilst it would be possible to achieve this via a generic transform, ideally it would use the same translation as the D2R for the triplestore. So this might best be implemented by forwarding to a light services layer on top of SPARQL. One challenge here is the mapping from the ID (e.g. MGI:1234) to the URI used in the SPARQL query. These mappings may be 'embedded' in the D2R scripts, and largely opaque.
I have marked this as non-urgent, but it is worth thinking about in the short term as we think about the ID<->URI mapping in the D2R scripts.
