DISCO: import zfin genomic feature coords

As a first pass for Amarnath, and the genomic feature collection, import all ZFIN genomic feature coordinates.

Those for gene features, and morpholino features, can be found here:
http://zfin.org/downloads

The rest of the genomic features (including gene-parts, such as introns/exons), or cytogenic bands, are not available from ZFIN...perhaps acquire directly from ENSEMBL?

Need to make sure that features have links to proper gene ids (NCBI gene, or even ensembl gene ids) for cross-referencing.
