need to tag clinicaltrials.gov with disease ontology ids
for example, http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/record/NCT01517880
has two conditions:
GNE Myopathy
Hereditary Inclusion Body Myopathy

(although in this case DO doesn't have entries for either of these conditions).

possibly they could also be linked to OMIM or MESH by string matching.
