write view for gene2pubmed

Please write a view over the gene2pubmed data, so we can access it for our monarch pages:

l2_nif_0000_02801_data_gene2pubmed

this would could just have the
gene_id| gene_label | publication_ids

i can't figure out how to get the pubmed labels at the moment without ingesting pubmed (which i don't think we want to do - i believe it has been removed because it used to break the system.)

this will go to help serve data for https://github.com/monarch-initiative/monarch-app/issues/124 and https://github.com/monarch-initiative/monarch-app/issues/123
