refactor ZFIN phenotype view to update ZP usage

We need to deal with the ZFIN EQ-ZP mapping issues that arose during our last release. Currently the ZFIN data is using a static, very old file for mapping the EQs to ZP terms. We need to make sure that the newest versions of the mappings file are stable, the ingest pipeline draws from this new stable resource, and the zfin views leverage this new mapping file.
