fix "NOT" models in mouse disease models monarch view

The Huntington's disease models for mouse import all models, and seem to disregard the "not" annotations. These need to be fixed.

Compare: http://www.informatics.jax.org/disease/models/143100 where there are 43 models that are asserted, and another 12 that are "NOT".

We have 55, with no NOT annotations...these need to be made clear.
