URLs generate errors on monarch.monarchinitiative.org

I am trying to connect my widget to the web services available on http://monarch.monarchinitiative.org. I need the ability to retrieve the JSON for phenotypes and models. When I attempt to retrieve data for a phenotype, I see an error. Here's the URL: http://monarch.monarchinitiative.org/phenotype/HP_0000003.json. This generates an error: Wrapped java.io.FileNotFoundException: /home/bamboo/start-monarch-server/./cache/phenotype/key-HP_0000003.json (No such file or directory)

When I search for the model "Fat Aussie" (http://monarch.monarchinitiative.org/model/MGI_3621984.json) I see this error:
TypeError: Cannot find function fetchModelInfo in object [object Object].
