add/link OMIA diseases into disease ontology

Chris has made a first pass integration of OMIA diseases into the disease ontology;

We want to make sure that these are fully integrated, and are annotated to the relevant NCBITaxon id (some diseases are only relevant for some taxa), and have some kind of mappings to OMIM or other diseases.

We have this ingested in NIF as well. I call them "phenotypes" at:
